I just wanted to share my great experience that my husband and I had here Saturday night! I called in the evening to inquire about a rotational product (to confirm what strain it was that you had in stock) and one of your lovely Budtenders happily answered all of my questions. They even went above and beyond and offered to hold the item as they knew it was popular and could possibly sell out before I got there. This was very helpful considering I wasn't able to pick it up until after I was done work which would've been close to your closing time. They also helped sign me up for a membership so I could save some money when I came to make my purchase! Talk about service! My Husband went inside to grab our order (which I mentioned on the phone might happen depending on parking) and not only was he in and out but they also wrote both of our names on the bag which I know might not sound like a big deal but it meant a lot to the both of us - IMO attention to small details like that go a long way in customer service! He said everyone inside was super nice and helpful, which I'm honestly not surprised considering how the phone call went. Overall I wanted to thank whoever helped me because it was so refreshing talking to someone who actually seemed passionate about cannabis and knew what they were talking about:)
